Ceilings are usually white plaster smooth , as is the concrete walls.

Beams are in the design the to create the style that is presented,
depending on the buyers taste and theme in mind.
Using beams and tongue in grove cedar boards on interior walls using 2x6 with sound
proofing insulation.
You can even have 6 panel solid wood door and custom trim.
Custom Entry ways can Include a Cedar Log Portion that fits you needs or desires.

Construction costs are based on a prepared site.
A prepared site includes excavation, water on site, electricity on site and crushed rock
placed inside footings.
The basic module includes a square/retangle structure with a domed barrel vault
ceiling. Additional charges for Insulation, waterproofing and backfill is at $ 9 per sq
ft of Project. They do not come with a Lifetime Warranty.
